Laetitia Massaad

Nutritionist – Dietician

Laetitia is a Clinical Dietitian specialized in Eating Disorders. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics with a minor in psychology from Notre Dame University (NDU) in 2010.

She got a diploma in Eating Disorders from Paris 5 Descartes University in France in 2011, came back to Lebanon in December 2011 and got engaged in clinical practice to help people with their weight issues and all kinds of eating disorders.

In January 2015, Laetitia started working as a dietitian in weight management mainly with overweight and obese individuals at the Obesity and Weight Control Center in Bsalim.

Before my operation I weighed 150 kg. I was always tired, had high blood pressure and acid reflux. I was out of breath and feeling sleepy all day long due to my sleep apnea. I did not like the way I looked or felt. I was always worried what other people thought of my appearance. I underwent a Sleeve Gastrectomy . One year later, no high blood pressure, and freed from my CPAP machine. I was able to go to a regular store and buy clothes right off the rack. I feel great!
