Each session will involve an active warm-up followed by a variety of strength, balance, agility, power, and interval drills. Since we emphasize variety and functional/full body exercise, your program will gradually become more challenging as your fitness level improves.

During the session, we target your fat burning zone (60% to 70% of maximum heart rate) to shape up your body and help you lose fat.

Exercising will reduce body fat and increase lean muscle mass. This way, metabolism will increase and aid in the weight loss process. Muscle tissue uses more calories than fat tissue because it has a higher metabolic rate.

The importance of fitness program after bariatric surgery

During rapid weight loss, many people develop flabby and loose skin. This is the result of burning more muscles than fat. Since fat takes up more volume than muscles it tends to push its way toward the skin bulging and hanging in the folds, giving skin a flabby appearance.
As people age, skin also has a tendency to lose its elasticity. The simple and best solution to tighten that loose skin as soon as possible is during the weight loss process and not after losing weight.
All that needs to be done is to integrate the right fitness program with your diet. You'll be fit and better looking in the end!
Exercising after a bariatric surgery is as important as the diet. It plays a vital role in:

  • Raising your basic metabolic rate
  • Losing excess fat
  • Improving your posture
  • Strengthening your muscles
  • Improving strength and flexibility
  • Promoting mental health
  • Increasing your self-confidence
  • Tightening loose skin
